what? The brain was formed incorrectly? No such thing. Nature is beautiful and diverse. Binary gender is a human construct. Nature did not make a mistake or incorrectly form the brains of trans people. Humans created categories for human behavior and not falling in line with them does not mean your brain was not formed correctly. Being of the male or female sex, or being intersex, is merely a description of the reproductive system.
